At SK8Z, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our detailed Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from our official website.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom-built products
- Clearance or sale items marked as “final sale”
- Products damaged through misuse, modification, or wear and tear
3. RETURN PROCESS
- Contact us at enquiries@sk8z.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions including the return address.
- Ship the item back at your cost unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. SK8Z is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. INSPECTION AND APPROVAL
All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. If the return does not meet our conditions, a refund may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
5. REFUNDS
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take longer to appear depending on your financial institution.
6. EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email us at enquiries@sk8z.com.au.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
7. WARRANTY CLAIMS
- All SK8Z products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
- This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or general wear and tear.
- Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
